Food Journals
These journals are great for all ages but younger students will need help. Level B would be a great age/grade to start. I have linked a video to most of the journals.
Thinking Tree Levels (roughly)
A1 = Pre Reader (Pre-K) ages 2-5
A2 = Beginning Readers (K-1st) ages 6-7
B1 = Early Elementary (2nd-3rd) ages 8-9
B2 = Upper Elementary (4th-6th) ages 10-11
C1 = Middle School (7th-8th) ages 12-13
C2 = High School (9th-12) ages 14-18
Food Journals
Suggested for 3rd grade and up but younger children can use them along with a sibling or just need more help from a parent.
